Fulfillment Policy
At Pruitt Promotions, we strive to ensure that the products we provide meet your satisfaction. Any customer complaints regarding products or service are taken seriously. The following outlines our policies. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Delivery Policy
Pruitt Promotions delivers custom imprinted promotional products and business gifts. We work with our clients electronically, via telephone and in person either on-site at our office or your office, as best fits our client’s needs.
Refunds or Replacements
Due to the personalized nature of the product, custom imprinted products can only be returned with prior arrangement from Pruitt Promotions. Proofs will be sent on all new orders. All proofs should be checked by you, the client, for correct spelling, punctuation, and colors. Small variations in images and virtual mock-ups are to be expected and will not result in credits. Product color images are digital and due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color sample images may appear different from monitor to monitor.
Reasons Refunds May be Provided
If the product or imprint is faulty or is not consistent with the proof you approved. Reports for faulty products must be reported within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Return Policy
As explained in the Refund Policy. No returns can be made for custom imprinted products. In some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after an order has been place and proof approved (if requested) are not allowed.
How to make a complaint
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to ken@pruittpromotions.com stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
